With Argos 7, print management gets simpler, faster, and better. We started with the battle-tested Argos
infrastructure. We took out the extraneous, added the things our customers
asked for, and made it even easier to use. The result is a comprehensive platform for controlling,
tracking, and managing your print environment: Argos 7.
Unified Management
Argos Manager. ADX Manager. Copy Tracking Manager. PIN Manager.
These are the parts of Argos 6 you know and love.
And now, in Argos 7, they're all in one place.
No more launching multiple applications to administer your Argos system; it's all
available in one simple place.
Streamlined Desktop Client
Argos 6 reinvented the way cost recovery “popups” could work. Now with Argos 7, the Argos Desktop Client gets more than a facelift —
it's rethinking of how people bill expenses. Argos 7 displays your pending items in a new, concise format that makes it easy to see all the
relevant information and bill things accurately. The window is now resizeable and moveable (within reason — you still can't shove it
out of the way), and an elegant way of handling up to five billing code tiers.
Real-World Device Management
Most office equipment these days does more than one thing. Print. Copy. Scan. And more.
Argos 7 lets you track and manage your print and copy devices as they exist in the real world.
Multi-function capability lets you attach multiple integration modules — copy tracking, RIP server accounting,
and more — to a single device and report on it as one physical device.
