Q: What is Sepialine FM Server?
A: FM Server is an online software service from Sepialine - the same company that provides your print/copy/scan/fax tracking solutions. FM Server allows your on-site service provider to receive your Sepialine data - such as print, copy, scan and fax tracking data - automatically. FM Server eliminates the monthly hassle of generating CSV files for your vendor.

Q: Why does my on-site service provider use FM Server?
A: Many on-site service providers spend a great deal of time every month collecting, sorting and validating data from remote sites like yours. Busy customers can't always send data in a timely manner, and physically driving to each site is time-intensive and costly. FM Server solves those problems by collecting data into a single, secure central location.

Q: I'm nervous about data security. I don't want someone reaching into my network to get my data. Doesn't FM Server compromise my network?
FM Server pushes data from the inside out. Nothing ever "reaches in" to your network. A small piece of software - called the FM Transmitter - is installed at each customer site. At regular intervals, FM Transmitter sends *only* expense data - captured by the Sepialine Cost Tracking Suite - to the hosted FM Server Receiver. Transmission is encrypted via Secure Socket Layers (SSL, sometimes known as HTTPS), so it can't be intercepted, scraped, sniffed or read.

Q: Who gets to see my data?
A: Only your on-site services provider has access to your data. No one else is allowed to view your data.
