Print + copy tracking for Sharp OSA
Track printing and copying with Argos for Sharp, server-based software that works with your OSA-enabled Sharp MFPs. Argos requires users to authenticate before copying, and controls access to a wide range of MFP features, including color. Argos runs on your existing servers, so it's easy to set up — even for large numbers of MFPs — and requires no additional hardware.

Organize your users into groups. Then, for each group, decide what they're allowed to do on your Sharp MFPs. Prevent certain people from making color prints and copies. Require others to print in duplex mode. You can even enable Advanced Feature Access and get even more control over things like scan destinations, access to other OSA applications, and more.
