Assign Account Reps to Customers
Now you can assign an account rep to each customer and search by account rep name across all of Printerpoint – on the home page, service alerts, supply orders, and billing.
Brother Printer Support
We've added support for supply inventory, meter reads, and remote access via Printerpoint Connect for most Brother MFPs. You can add them by IP address, or just rescan your customer’s network and add them through our Network Discovery tool.
Integration with Epson OpenPlatform for Advanced Tracking
Printerpoint’s popular Epson large format integration just got even better with the addition of OpenPlatform support. By utilizing OpenPlatform, Printerpoint can now collect print job records for detailed billing backup, as well as support onsite media roll inventory and customer media ordering. (Requires Printerpoint Agent version 6.3.0 or higher)
Epson Customer Media Ordering
Not every Epson large format model supports OpenPlatform, so we also added a way to enable customer media ordering for all Epson large format printers.

Customer Portal Updates
The Customer Portal is a dealer-branded website for your customers to order media and ink/toner directly from you, submit service tickets, and track printing info. There are big things happening behind the scenes…
▪ Service Ticket Details
When your customers submit a service ticket, Printerpoint includes lots of important details that the customer might not know, like the current meter, firmware, and any service alerts. We also now include the physical location of the printer to make it even easier for your techs to respond.
▪ Job Tracking Improvements
The Portal’s print job tracking section is where your customers can see all the print job details for every printer. Now, they can assign projects to those print jobs and see how their print volumes are distributed internally and externally. There’s a lot more coming soon in this space, so get ready!
