TD SYNNEX SPA Code Discounts

Dealers can now store TD SYNNEX Special Pricing Agreement (SPA) codes in Printerpoint and assign them to specific printers. These codes ensure you get the best pricing possible for supplies through TD SYNNEX.


When supplies are needed, Printerpoint automatically creates a Pending Supply Order and applies the assigned SPA code for you. You’ll see your discounted pricing before the order is approved and sent to TD SYNNEX for shipping.


Add your SPA codes in Printerpoint under My Account > Dropship Partners > TD SYNNEX. Once added, a SPA code can be assigned to a printer from the Supplies Details > Configuration menu or from a pending order.

 

PO Number Added to Supply Orders

Pending Supply Orders now include a PO Number. When a Dropship order is sent to TD SYNNEX, ISI, or National / AZON, Printerpoint automatically generates a PO Number, stores it on the order, and sends it to the fulfillment partner.


Dealers can override the auto-generated value with a custom PO Number before approving the order.




Kyocera Color Tier Billing

Printerpoint now supports Kyocera’s Three-Tier Color System, allowing dealers to create separate billing rates for Simple Color, Business Color, and Creative Color printing.


IMPROVEMENTS


Downloadable PDFs for TD SYNNEX Orders

Users with TD SYNNEX as their Dropship Partner can now download PO details as a PDF from the confirmation dialog that appears after approving a supply order.


Epson PORT Integration Page

We’ve updated the My Account > Integration > Epson PORT page to help simplify the setup process, including a step-by-step PORT Setup Guide.


Dealers can now store their Epson PORT Agent Key directly in Printerpoint, so they no longer need to log into PORT to retrieve it every time they connect printers to PORT.


The Epson PORT page also displays the Assigned Customer for each PORT printer, making long printer lists easier to manage.


Save Approved Bills as PDFs

Approved bills now include a Save to PDF button, making it easier to share billing details with customers without taking screenshots.
