'Days to Empty' Option for Cartridge Alerts

Printerpoint now tracks the remaining days of ink/toner in each cartridge. You can set supply alerts based on a 'days to empty' threshold, giving you smarter notifications that help streamline inventory and reduce last-minute orders.


On a printer’s Supplies Details page, you’ll see both the percentage remaining and estimated days to empty for supported cartridges. To set up your supply alerts, click the gear icon and choose your preferred thresholds.

Lease Charge Field in Printer Billing

We’ve added a ‘Lease Charge’ field in the Printer Billing options. If your contracts include two separate monthly charges: a base charge and lease charge, you can now itemize them separately.


  • Monthly Base (usage & maintenance)

  • Lease Charge (cost of the printer over the lease term)

Track Large Format Scans from HP Printers

Printerpoint now sends HP large format scan lifetime counters to e-automate – providing a more complete picture of device usage for billing and service tracking.
